The Nottingham adventures of DoodleVend!

'Spanky Van What?!' I hear you say? 'SPANKY VAN DYKES' of course silly! The newest kid from the wondrous 580 group, right in the heart of Nottinghams student quarter.
The little DoodleVend hut was carefully unpacked and stocked up ready to receive the many party goers of the venue's opening weekend.
Setting up in our own little corner we had stack of hats, badges and cakes (with strawberry jam!) and as soon as we turned the sign from 'Closed' to 'Open' we had a queue of punters both nights!

So the mission to bring a little smile to those patiently waiting got well underway, and the amazing artists inside the cosy box did their best to fulfil every drawing request. We had some pretty weird and wonderful ideas bounded between the high-tech communication devices but everyone danced away happy!

Some happy painted ladies wait for their amazing mini artwork!

I like the bearded lady!

Happy Wizard Cakes! (with edible ink pens and rice paper!)

Dino RAAAAAAH Party hat!

The ladies, keeping the doodles coming!

The amazing artists who doodled with DoodleVend in Nottingham were:

Triangle, Square and Triangle fan......Holzor
Ibby, gibby monster mash.....White Wolf Ilustrations
Cut and past genius....... Gemma Latimer
And little me.......Sally Leach

  1. One of the biggest advantages of setting up a vending machine business, is that no previous business experience is required to start this business.
